How delivery and returns work at Smile Lady

Buying from a store you have not used before raises fair questions. Here is exactly how delivery and returns work with us.

Delivery

  • Cost: delivery is free on all UK orders.
  • Dispatch: we prepare and send your order within 2-3 days.
  • Arrival: delivery then takes 2-7 days, so most orders arrive 4-10 days after you order.
  • Tracking: when tracking is available, we send it once your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days, message us and we will look into it.

Returns

  • You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Message us on WhatsApp first with your order number, and we will confirm the return address.
  • Items must be unused, with their original packaging and tags.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Send us your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return cost.
