How ordering works: secure checkout and our confirmation call

Here is what happens from the moment you click the buy button.
1. Secure checkout
Our checkout is encrypted and processed by Shopify. We never see or store your card details. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout.
2. Order confirmation
You receive a confirmation as soon as your order is placed. We may also call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before we dispatch it. This is why we ask for a working phone number at checkout.
3. Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch within 2-3 days. UK delivery then takes 2-7 days and is free on all orders.
4. After delivery
If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return unused items. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us and we will replace or refund it.
Saving on more than one item
Buy any 2 items and save 10%. Buy 3 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
