This Shipping Policy explains how Smile Lady processes and delivers orders to UK addresses.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Handling time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of your order being confirmed. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, UK delivery takes 7–12 working days. The estimated total is 9–14 working days from order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we send the details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates can take a short while to appear.

Delays and delivery problems

Delays can happen because of weather, courier issues or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of confirmation, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will put it right.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, message us as soon as possible.
